We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on most items. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days for a full refund. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

What is covered under your product warranty?

Our WildGear brand products come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty covers repairs or replacement at our discretion. Normal wear and tear, improper care, accidents, or modifications are not covered.

How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes detailed sizing information and measurement charts. For clothing and footwear, we recommend measuring yourself and comparing to our size charts. If you're between sizes, we typically recommend sizing up for outerwear and down for base layers.

Are your products waterproof or water-resistant?

Product descriptions specify whether items are waterproof, water-resistant, or water-repellent:

  • Waterproof: Prevents water penetration, suitable for heavy rain/snow

  • Water-repellent: Causes water to bead up and roll off, but will eventually soak through
