  • Seasonality: 3-season tents are good for spring, summer, and fall, while 4-season tents are designed for winter conditions.

Are your products tested for extreme conditions?

Yes, all WildGear products undergo rigorous testing in various conditions before they reach the market. Our testing includes:

What's the difference between waterproof and water-resistant?

Water-resistant items can repel water to some degree but will eventually allow water to penetrate during prolonged exposure or heavy rain. These items are good for light rain or brief exposure to moisture.

Waterproof items are designed to keep water out completely under specified conditions. We measure waterproofing using a hydrostatic head rating (mm), which indicates how much water pressure the material can withstand before leaking.

All our waterproof products have sealed seams and water-tight zippers to prevent water from entering through these vulnerable areas.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States after your order ships. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout:

  • Express shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Priority shipping: 1-2 business days

International shipping times vary by destination, typically ranging from 7-21 business days. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. During checkout, you'll see available shipping options and costs for your specific destination.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting our customer service team via the live chat on our website or by calling us at 1-800-WILDGEAR.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. In this case, you would need to return the item following our return policy after receiving it.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on unused merchandise. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In original packaging

To initiate a return, log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer service team. We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label for domestic returns. International returns are at the customer's expense.

How long does the warranty last?

Our warranty periods vary by product category:

  • Expedition Series gear: Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects
  • Tents and shelters: 3-year warranty
  • Backpacks and bags: 2-year warranty
  • Apparel: 1-year warranty
  • Electronics and lighting: 1-year warranty

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover normal wear and tear, improper care, accidents, or modifications to the product. For warranty claims, please contact our customer service with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.

Do you offer repairs for damaged items?

Yes, we offer a repair service for items that have been damaged during normal use. Our repair options include:

  • Free repairs for manufacturing defects covered under warranty
  • Paid repairs for damage due to wear and tear or accidents
  • DIY repair kits for minor issues like small tears or zipper problems
