Shipping FAQs
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days after being placed. During high-volume sales periods, this may extend to 2-3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Address changes can only be made if your order hasn't entered the shipping process. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you need to change your shipping address. Once a package has shipped, we cannot redirect it.
Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to PO boxes using USPS. For APO/FPO addresses, we offer standard shipping only. Please note that delivery times to these addresses may be longer than our standard estimates.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package appears to be lost (no tracking updates for 3+ days past estimated delivery) or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items.
Are there any restrictions on shipping certain products?
Some products like fuel canisters, bear spray, and certain batteries are classified as hazardous materials and have shipping restrictions. These items are clearly marked on our website and may not be available for all shipping methods or international destinations.
